Our Head Coach has coached both groups and individuals and can offer different types of badminton coaching from beginner basics to club assistance in leagues.
Group sessions are the best way to learn badminton in particular, as the competitive aspect helps focus the mind and keep the sporting element active.
Groups are structured to have all the necessary aspects of the subject (such as doubles rotation) over a series of weeks so that it can be properly learnt and applied without causing injury or deteriorating with a lack of regular practice later on.
Individual “one-to-one” sessions are more focused than group work. Ideally, to get the most from an individual session you need to have a specific area you wish to work on. This can be decided on prior to the session and can be arranged to improve play and reduce stress on muscles and joints.
The areas we are most commonly asked to assist with are:
- Footwork
- Service
- Tactics
- Interception
- Individual shots
- Fatigue reduction and appropriate stretching
Prices start as low as £20 for an hour session and we work in Guildford, Surrey (UK) and the surrounding areas.

Stringing
We string Badminton, Tennis and Squash racquets with the highest level of care towards quality of the tension and the longevity of the string. Our prices start at as little as £15 depending on what your racquet needs.
We can offer stringing with 10% pre-stretch so the string is ready for play as soon as possible. This means the string stretched to a point where it still has elasticity, but will not relax instantly after only a few hits and is a more accurate tension for playing.
We can offer you a wide range of string types, from a variety of manufacturers and in different colours. We can replace grommets where necessary.
We will work with you to make sure you have the best tension and string type for your racquet and for your game.
As well as stringing we also offer gripping and stencilling.
We are based in Guildford, Surrey (UK) and work in the surrounding areas.

Our lead coach is a qualified Level 2 Badminton Coach with nearly 10 years experience coaching.
He is currenly running a junior club and coaching at one of the top independent schools in the country.
